Classes available for children 4 months to teen Horizon has four divisions in the gymnastics program including: Peek a Boo Sports for 4 months to 3-1/2 years. Cartwheel Club for preschoolers ranging from 3-1/2 to 6 years. Born to Flip for School-age children ranging from 1st grade to teen Teams for 4 years to teen.
School-age Gymnastics Born to Flip is for gymnastics skill levels 1 through 10. Level 1 is the entry level for beginning, school-aged children and level 10 is multiple flipping. Everyone can do Gymnastics! Horizon makes it FUN! Each level of BORN TO FLIP is awarded with a different color bracelet that say Born to Flip and a certificate to WOW each child’s achievement from level to level. Come in for a FREE evaluation and we will place you in the proper level for your ability! Call now. Our number is 616-669-7722 OPEN GYM 1st Graders and older can join us for Open Gym, see schedule below. Members and Non-members welcome. Non-members must have parents complete a ‘Release Form to participate. Time - 10:00pm to 12:00pm Cost - $4.00 for Members and $5.00 for Non-Members. A trained, safety-certified instructor is on staff during these hours. No pre-registration required. BACK HANDSPRING CLINICS Back Handspring Clinics are offered to school-aged children who are at a Level 5. These 1hour clinics are specifically designed to help your child progress into or refine their back handprings. Great for kids in gymnastics classes or who may be trying out for or have made the cheer squad. Non-members must have parents complete a non-member release form. (download from icon at top of this page). Time - 9:00am to 10:00am Cost - $8.00 for Members and $12.00 for Non-Members. This includes ‘free‘ open gym from 10:00am to Noon. A trained, safety-certified instructor is on staff to coach your child. You must pre-register and pay the Thursday prior to the clinic you are attending. Space is limited to the first 12 participants who pay. Must have 6 participants to open the clinic.
